Time Schedule
| 1997 | The
application process started in February 1997. The project was finally approved by EU in December 1997. |
| February 1998 | The
participants were recruited in early February 1998. |
| March 1998 | The
first meeting was held on March 2, 1998, which can be
considered the formal starting date of the project. The second get-together was held in residence on Visingsö on March 22-23. |
| April-June 1998 | Courses
in English and German. Workshops on the use of internet and e-mail. Workshops on how to do a web page. A third meeting for all participants on June 2. |
| July 1998 | A
visit from the co-ordinators of the sister projects. |
| August 1998 | Workshops on how to do a web page. Fourth common meeting on August 20. |
| September 1998 | Evening
course Import/Export September 15. The Swedish network visits the projects in Belgium and Holland on September 18-23. Weekend courses in German and English in September/October. |
| Oktober 1998 | Evening
marketing course October 27. |
| November 1998 | Evening
marketing courses November 4 and 11. Fifth common meeting November 11. An one-day conference in Jönköping on November 26, on which occasion each participant will have an opportunity to exhibit their company. |
| December 1998 | Evening
course of economics December 8. |
| January 1999 | Empathic
communication – weekend course Workshop on how to do a web page This part of the project ends officially in January 1999, but this does of course not mean that the groups’ work has to end, quite the contrary. By this time, the groups are able to continue their work on their own. The participants in group II are recruited. |
| February 1999 | February 1:
Final meeting for the first group of participants, starting
meeting for group II February 26-27: The second get-together for group II was held in residence on Visingsö. |
| March 1999 | Computer courses start: IT, Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, workshops how to do a web page |
| April 1999 | Computer
courses complete. April 16-18: two 3-day Englisch courses in residence on Visingsö April 23-25: 3-day German course in residence on Visingsö |
| May 1999 | May 3: Third common meeting group II, Rosenlund |
| June 1999 | June 4-6: 3-day German course in residence on Visingsö |
| August 1999 | August 17: Fourth common meeting group II, Rosenlund |
| September 1999 | September
10-12. 3-day German course, Rosenlund September 17-19: two 3-day English courses, Rosenlund |
| October 1999 | October 5:
Fifth common meeting group II, Rosenlund October 8-10: 3-day German course, Rosenlund October 15-17: two 3-day English courses, Rosenlund October 29-31: 3-day German course, Rosenlund |
| November 1999 | Nov 19-21:
3-day German course, Rosenlund Nov 27-Dec 1: Visit to the projects in Paderborn and Dortmund |
| December 1999 | Dec 14: Fifth common meeting group II, Rosenlund |
| 2000 | A formal evaluation of both projects is completed by June 2000. |
