I/we agree to pay your fees for letting our property as specified above, calculated on the amount of rent that you would collect from tenants that Jins Lettings supply.

Ps. If you instruct us on a Sole Agency basis and later decides to engage other agents our fees will automatically be changed to Multiple Agency percentage.

2 Check the Inventory £50.00 + 17,5% VAT
3 Prepare the Legal Contract Dock's £50.00 + 17,5% VAT
4 Jins Lettings to Collect the Rent Our Fees Deducted Monthly
5 Landlord will Collect the Rent Our Fee to be paid in advance
6 Management & Rent Collection 5%+VAT Deducted Monthly in addition to our X% Letting Fee
7 Display Sign TO LET on property No Charge
8 Display Sign LET BY on property No Charge
9 Advertise the Property No Charge

It is not necessary to obtain my approval of the tenant(s) before they take possession of the property, conditional of the rent being paid in advance, satisfactory references are obtained and that the tenant(s) appears suitable to Jins Lettings according to my requirements.
