Inregard to R CC decree No.474 on 15.4 1981,the following has been decided:
1.The sum in the mentioned letter is offered to the one who divorces his Iranien wife during the decree valid time and won´t be offered otherwise.
2.In case of divorce,the Ministry of Justice should inform the Ministry of Interior,in order to expel the divorced wife outside the state.
3.The person who benefits from the said decree should not marry again an Iranien woman otherwise the sum should be returned.All ministries and administrationsare to act accordingly.

Decree No,474,issued by the so-called Revolution Command Council,published in the Iraqi official newspapper "Al-Waqa´e" No.2827 dated 27TH,April 1981,concerning the divorce of the woman of an Iraqien origin:-
"According to Item (A) in the Article 42 of the Temporary Constitution,the RCC,in the meeting held on the 15TH April 1981,has decided the following:-
1-An Iraqi husband whose wife is of Iranien orgins,is offered four thousands ID (if military) and two thousandsfivehundred (if civil) in case of divorce and deportation of his wife.
2-The above mentioned money is offered on condition of producing authenticated papers of divorce and deportation as well as of new marriage to Iraqi woman.
3-For the Ministers to carry out.
