Matt Sorum -"World's Most Busiest Man"!

Former Guns N' Roses drummer Matt Sorum and Lanny Cordola are finishing the soundtrack for Soundman, an independent motion picture starring William Forsythe, who was also in Raising Arizona and Dick Tracy. Mr. Sorum, recruited his old buddies Slash, and Duff to play on it. The rap group Cypress Hill, also appears.

Orange Curtain Productions, consisting of Lanny and drummer / producer Matt Sorum, are working on a number of other projects together, including the already mentioned Soundman. Sorum and Lanny Cordola are also producing a variety of artists out of Matt's studio, and are also involved with other film and TV projects. The ex. Guns drummer has also made a Drum Instructional Video, featuring Lanny on guitar and Chuck Wright on bass.

By the way, Matt Sorum also appears on Pat Torpey's (drummer for Mr. Big) solo album -Pat Torpey 'Odd Man Out', which was released in Japan on July 25th. The album was co-written by Pat, Lanny Cordola and Chuck Wright. Guest musicians include: Billy Sheehan and Paul Gilbert (Mr. Big), Matt Sorum (ex. Guns N' Roses), Steve Lukather (Toto), Billy Duffy (The Cult), Derek Sherinian (Dream Theater), Cameron Stone (Poe) and Gregg Bissonette (David Lee Roth).

And Finally, "Mr. World's Most Busiest Man At The Moment" - or more known as Matt Sorum = ) , has also been working with Ted Andreadis (keyboardist, harmonica player and vocalist, who was playing with GN'R during the world tour 91-93), and appears on his recently released album "Innocent Loser", released on the 'Samsung Classic' Label and was distributed by Allegro. But Matt is not the only 'Gunner' who appears on the Teddy Andreas's album. On "Innocent Loser" we'll find Duff McKagan on the bass, and guitar solos by Slash!
