1994/95: Persija Pusat and PSIR Rembang each had three points deducted. 1995/96: Persiku excluded or withdrew. 1995/96: Barito Putra, Pupuk and Persma each had three points deducted. 1996/97: Persija Pusat three points deducted for a no-show. 1996/97: PS Bogor three points deducted for abandoning a game. 1997/98: Season not played through because of civil strife. 1998/99: Persiraja (Banda Aceh) and Persikab (Bandung) each had three points deducted. 1999/2000: Pupuk Kalimantam Timur had three points deducted for w.o. in the awaygame to PSM. 2001: Persma had three points deducted for using four substitues in a game vs. Pelita. 2001: Putra (Samarinda) withdrew after 22 matches. They had all the games from the 2nd half of the season stricken. 2005: Persibom had 3 points deducted for causing a game vs. Persik to be abandoned. 2006: PSIM and PSIS each had their last six matches set to 0-3 against them following their withdrawal because of the earthquake on Java.
